Privacy Policy

This is a summary of our current practice, published so nothing on this site links nowhere. It is not yet a complete legal document — the full privacy policy is being finalised. For anything not covered here, email david@buildwithsona.com and we will answer directly.

What we collect

If you request access or contact us, we collect the name, email address and the details you type into that form. If you create an account, we store your email address and the content you create in Sona — your saved ideas, lists, drafts and playbook.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to give you access to your account, and to keep your work available to you across sessions. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train models.

Who processes it

We use third-party providers to run the product. Today those are Clerk (accounts and sign-in), Supabase (your stored content), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Spacemail or Resend (email delivery). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

Your choices

Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete it.
Withdraw consent and close your account at any time.

Cookies

We use a session token to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
