This is a summary of our current practice, published so nothing on this site links nowhere. It is not yet a complete legal document — the full terms of service is being finalised. For anything not covered here, email david@buildwithsona.com and we will answer directly.

Who we are

Sona is operated by Sona Labs Inc. These terms cover your use of this site and the Sona studio.

Access

Access is currently granted by request. We may approve, decline or withdraw access at our discretion, and the product is under active development — features may change or be removed.

Your content

You own what you write in Sona. You give us permission to store and display it back to you so the product can function. We do not claim ownership of your drafts, playbook or saved work.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sona to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Do not resell or redistribute access without our written agreement.

Third-party content

Posts shown in the Discover feed are public examples included for educational pattern analysis. The creators of those posts are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, Sona.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we will say so on this page and update the date above.
